Youth Group

We are “Mad About Christ.” That’s what we say MAC stands for. The Youth Group at our church uses a program called Word of Life. It is a great organization focused on reaching the youth of the world. A lot of what we try to accomplish takes part in C.D. Groups, small groups based on discipleship. If you are interested in being a part of this ministry, this is where we need the most help – being a small group leader for a couple of teens.

Another large aspect of what we do here is preparing for an event called Teens Involved. Our youth group competes against other groups in areas of preaching, drama, puppets, music, etc. It trains our young people to use their talents for the Lord. If you, or someone you know, are in 6th-12th grade than you better come check us out! If you're older than that and you want to help out, we have all kinds of ways for you to do so.

We meet at the MAC (our Ministry Activity Center) located at 18105 Gunn Highway, Odessa, each Wednesday Evening.  Our middle school program begins at 6:00 pm and the high school program begins at 6:45, but all ages of youth are welcome to arrive early and enjoy food, fun and fellowship beginning around 5:30 pm.  We have a Cafe where they may purchase food and drinks, and an open gym area for the youth to play until time for their program to start.  Lots of fun!  Join us!
