Jr. Church

Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed thereto according to thy word. Ps 119:9

Every Sunday 4th, 5th, and 6th graders come together to worship. We call this gathering Jr. Church. We meet at 10:45 AM each Sunday for a time of singing, praising, giving and looking into God’s word. Today’s children are the leaders of the next decade. It is the goal of Jr. Church to root them solidly in Godly principles.

We strongly believe that these are the years when Christian principles must be taught to our young people. Our leaders lay a Biblical foundation of salvation, scripture memory and preparation for our children.

There are some exciting things we do in Jr. Church. We encourage the children to keep a prayer journal.  We also take a yearly mission trip to the migrant workers of Wimauma. We have many activities such as quarterly outings, swim parties, skating and much more. We have a review time at the beginning and if time permits we have a game at the end of Jr. Church.

We show our Jr. Church kids that Christian life is anything but boring!
